This campaign is about change. A change in leadership. A change in attitude. A change in direction. A change for Edgecombe, Martin and Pitt counties .

It's about making sure the people of Edgecombe, Martin and Pitt counties will have a State Senator who represents their interests, who will stand up and fight for our jobs, our schools and our communities.

Throughout my life, I have worked hard and been blessed. Faye and I have five beautiful children. We have built a successful business. We have worked hard to build a stronger community and I am committed to that fight in the North Carolina Senate.

Throughout this campaign, I will listen to the voters, and I will be accessible and responsive. I will treat all voters and constituents with the respect and dignity they deserve. I am going to work hard, build relationships and build a case to each voter that I am the best candidate to serve in the North Carolina Senate.
