“I was born in 1958 and grew up in Wilmington, NC in a house with my mother and father and two brothers and three sisters. Early on, I learned the meaning of faith, family and hard work. Faith is the cornerstone to righteous living. Family builds the foundation of a person’s life direction. Hard work teaches you the meaning of a dollar and how to spend it and how to save it.”
“Growing up in Wilmington in the 60’s and 70’s showed me a great deal about doing what’s right, what’s fair, what’s justified. Honor, character and integrity mean something to me.”
